Rock Summit Land, LLC  and/or its licensors own all the intellectual property rights and materials contained in this website. You are granted a limited license only for purposes of viewing the material contained on this website for personal use.

5. For any property purchased through owner financing, buyer understands and agree to the following terms

  • Governing Agreements: Monthly payments, down payments, and terms are governed strictly by the executed written Purchase Agreement.

  • Late Fees: Additional charges may be applied to any balances not paid by the scheduled deadline.

  • Default & Cancellation: Failure to make payments may result in a formal declaration of default and the subsequent cancellation of the purchase contract.

  • Forfeiture of Funds: In the event of contract cancellation due to non-payment, the Buyer may lose all monies previously paid toward the property, as permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rock Summit Land, LLC and its members, officers, or agents shall not be liable for any damages—including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses—arising from:
